Accessibility Statement

People come to a law firm's website at difficult moments and often under time pressure. It should not also be difficult to use. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across this site and treat accessibility defects as functional defects rather than enhancements.

• Full keyboard operability, with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element and a skip-to-content link at the top of each page.
• Semantic structure: one main landmark per page, a single H1, and headings that follow a logical order.
• Text and interface colours tested against the WCAG contrast thresholds in both light and dark surface treatments.
• Text that reflows without loss of content or function down to 320px and at 200% zoom.
• Form fields with persistent visible labels, errors announced in text rather than by colour alone, and errors associated programmatically with their field.
• Descriptive link text, so links make sense when read out of context by a screen reader.
• Decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology; meaningful images given text alternatives.

This site uses subtle motion when content enters the viewport. If your operating system is set to reduce motion, the site honours that setting: scroll smoothing is switched off entirely, transitions are suppressed, and all content is shown immediately in its final state rather than animating in.

No content on this site flashes, auto-plays, scrolls automatically, or moves without a deliberate action by you.

• The embedded map on the contact page is provided by a third party and its interactive controls are not fully keyboard accessible. The full office address and a directions link are provided in text immediately alongside it.
• Some documents linked from the insights section may be provided in formats that are not fully tagged for assistive technology. Ask us and we will provide an accessible version.

We acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days and aim to resolve confirmed issues within thirty days. Where a fix will take longer, we will tell you why and give you an alternative route to the information in the meantime.

Accessibility is checked as part of every change to this site, and the site is reviewed in full at least annually. This statement is updated whenever that review changes what is written above.
