She conducts independent workplace investigations into grievances, harassment complaints and disciplinary matters. Investigation quality is where most employment defences are actually decided, and a rushed or partial internal process is the single most common reason an otherwise defensible dismissal fails.

Aisha also acts for senior executives on appointment terms, incentive and equity arrangements, restrictive covenants and negotiated departures. Acting on both sides gives her a realistic sense of what each side will and will not accept.

She designs and delivers manager training on lawful performance management, which the firm offers to retained clients as part of its advisory service.
